APPROVE & PAY
Once we receive your item(s), we will email you an assessment and final quote. At this point, you can choose to move forward with the repair and complete payment, OR we can send your items back for a shipping fee.

1. Complete the online form, print it out, and include it when you ship your item(s) to Rago Brothers. | ||
2. When we receive your item(s), we will email you a repair assessment and a final quote. | ||
3. You can call or email us with your decision and payment information. | ||
4. Once completed, you will receive an email with tracking information for the shipment of your repaired item(s). |
1. Complete the online form, print it out, and include it when you ship your item(s) to Rago Brothers. After this step, you will have the option to purchase a UPS label to use when sending your item(s) OR purchase a UPS Code that can be shown at any UPS location to have a shipping label printed by them. | ||
2. When we receive your item(s), we will email you a repair assessment and a final quote. Within the email, there will be a link to access your order on our website. | ||
3. Once logged in to your account, you can review the quote, approve, and submit payment for repairs. | ||
4. When the repairs are completed, you will receive an email with tracking information for the return shipment of your item(s). All order status and tracking information can also be viewed when logging into your account on our website. |
