I was actually referred to RAGO BROTHERS by Loro Piana in Bal Harbour, FLA. I sent them a canvas and leather Loro Piana belt that needed to be sized down by five inches. I knew with the leather detail, I needed to find a service that was reputable and had the knowledge and experience of working with designer shoes, handbags, and accessories. In speaking with them, they were kind and courteous and requested photos prior to sending the belt to be certain the sizing could be done. I was thrilled when they promptly responded that the sizing would not be a problem. I sent the belt out next day and by the end of the day, received noticed that the belt was done and would promptly be shipped back to me. When I received the belt back it was properly protected in the packaging. The belt was handled with the utmost care and the belt looked and fit like it was made for me.
