The best and quickest service that I have ever dealt with. I sent my Michael Kors clutch in to have the zipper repaired – I received my estimate within a day from the date I mailed it, called to confirm to proceed with the repairs. It took them less than 2 days for them to replace the broken zipper and mail back to my home. I am so pleasantly pleased with the workmanship and expedite service.
